We, too, are one project closer to catching up on home maintenance repairs. Upon completion (is there such a thing), we will take a rest and then have to start all over once again! Not only are we having time/money discussions on our many uncompleted projects, but I am having difficulties making a decision on color/style, and other necessary steps to come one project closer!
