Default The Blizzard of 2009!

Everyone enjoying the snow?

We just got back in from 1-1/2 hours of shoveling and snow blowing - already about 12" here in central Maryland.

I'm glad to report that our 3-year-old Toro Snow Blower started with just three tries. We ran it out of gas two years ago and stored it in the back of the garage. Last year didn't give us the opportunity to use it, but I think we'll make up for it this year. So far we've managed to dig ourselves out, and cleared most of the neighbors sidewalks too! Hopefully your snow blower is starting up just fine!

Wink Happy happy Blizzard!

Hey everyone. Thought I'd share a picture from my family's house in northern Baltimore County. We had a chance to try out a new snow thrower too, I'll share some stories and video from that soon too - but here's a picture of the snow at around 4PM this afternoon. Right now our estimate is around 20 inches of snow, but it's starting to be pretty windy and drift alot, so it's somewhat hard to tell exactly.
