I love these kinds of deadbolt & separate handle combos. I have been trying to convince Ted there is no need to lock the bottom lock on our door if he’s locked the top lock AND set the alarm. That non-deadbolt lock is so easy to pick, it’s not worth the time locking it. It’s drives me crazy standing out in the rain unlocking both that lock and the deadbolt. This lock would solve all my problems!

We have a similar set now that I would love to replace. It was on the house when we bought it but it is a shiny brass color and the finish has been wearing off for a while.

I put Kwikset handles on a rental property I just bought and it has been a dream for letting different contractors in. When the tenants moved in I rekeyed it on the day they moved in and explained the features, they were thrilled at the security!
