		<description>Heh. We had a floor furnace that the inspector wouldn't even turn on because it was so dirty-- it would have set the house on fire. Then some insurance companies wouldn't insure with it. Others didn't even know what a floor furnace was. 

We fixed that situation immediately.</description>
