Millard Fuller, Habitat for Humanity
Millard Fuller, founder of Habitat for Humanity, has passed away. In 1976, he founded habitat in Americus, Georgia and served as the organization’s leader for 29 years. Habitat is a program of “partnership housing,” that has helped more than 300,000 families. Fuller (1935-2009) died today at age 74, following a breif illness.
