After organizing our kid crafts and learning materials last week, I went on a mission to decorate and craft with the kids. We had a blast, and now Izzie is a straight-up craft addict now. Some of our closest friends recently hosted a birthday party for their daughter, who was turning one. When I asked what she needed, the mom said that she didn’t really need anything but could always use a little extra decor in the nursery. Last week, I led crafts for our church’s Vacation Bible School (VBS). I was asked to lead crafts because of my obvious love of crafting, and I hesitantly said yes. I haven’t been to a VBS since I was in 5th grade, and I wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into.
