The Humble Brag: Link Party #25

by Jocie Hagan (email Jocie) | | March 21, 2013 | 29 Comments »

Welcome back to another fabulous Humble Brag. Thanks for linking up and letting us brag on you!

Thanks for all your well wishes last week as the girls and I had the stomach flu. The girls are still recovering and I’m holding onto my sanity the best I can. Ha Ha. I was able to complete my plastic plate wall that I am absolutely in love with! Now on to other really exciting dining room projects – be sure to check back!

Plastic Plate Wall - OPC The Better Half

Some Bragworthy Projects

This embroidery hoop pendant light from Dear Emmeline is one of the most creative and beautiful DIY projects I have seen. I really really love it!

We had several pretty neat furniture redesigns that caught my eye and got me excited for a project I have in the works. 1. Dresser turned TV console from Domestic Superhero 2. Four Drawer Dresser from Chateau Revivals 3.  French Graphic Cabinet from The Girl in the Garage 4. Painted dresseraka “her little black dress” from Sophisticated Yellow

You know I’m obsessed with pallet projects right? Love this “He is Risen” Pallet from Designed Decor.

He is Risen Wood Plaque

I’m personally not a dog owner, but I am going to Ikea tomorrow and am going to pick up some of these dog tail hooks to make a Dog Tail Hook Leash Organizer for my mom! Great idea, Condo Blues!

How pretty are these rustic painted planters from twelve0eight? Now if I can find some cute, fake plants, I am set!

Wow, Megan over at Our Pinteresting Family has been busy but OMG did she do an amazing job of this closet turned mudroom.

Our #1 Brag!

We are sooo thankful for each and every linkup, and we feel honored that you would share you’re great projects, crafts and recipes with us. To say thanks, every week we feature one lucky party participant in our sidebar as the Weekly Brag. Our hope is that readers see it and find new sites to inspire them. We always use to select the winner, and out of 91 linked up projects from last week, number 3 was chosen. You might recognize her because Phaedra from Phaedra’s Adventures has been featured before! This time she linked up some yummy St. Patrick’s Day treats.

Bragging Rules

The Humble Brag is all about encouraging one another in our pursuits (and sometimes even fails). We’re excited to see what you have been up to in your crafting/DIY world. We also welcome recipes and other projects. I will be visiting each and every link over the coming week, so bring it on!

We ask that you:

  • Please grab a button or link back to this post (although not required, we appreciate the love)
  • Link directly to your article
  • Don’t link to a shop, store or giveaway

Make sure to check back next week to see if your project has been featured and thanks for sharing.

Grab a Button

Remember, please post a button or text link back to our party somewhere in your original post. We hope you also take the time to click on one or two other party-goers projects and give some encouragement.
