With Thanksgiving having just passed and looking forward to Christmas, I am thankful for so much! For salvation and forgiveness, my family, good friends, a home, heat, a full fridge. We have more than we need. That being said, there are always a few new things to us this year that are definitely not needs, but certainly fun to have, and I am excited to share them with you! Duluth Cold Weather Gear That’s right, I’m driving a tractor. Crazy, right? I’ll get to that later, but as we did our final yard...

Jocie | August 25, 2014

I haven’t been around in the blogosphere much this summer, and I’m definitely not winning any blogger awards. Seriously, projects are at an all-time low. But, I’m not really that sorry. We have had so much fun as a family and I’ve been soaking up as much time in the sun and with the kids as I possibly can. So, in case you were wondering, this was our summer in a nutshell. One of the biggest highlights for me was Haven! It was my first blog conference and GMC was kind enough to send me to represent the GMC Hidden...

My New Photography Lighting Kit

YAY – I got a new lighting kit! *insert excited gasp here!* Let me preface myself…this is not a how-to article. I have no wisdom, no great project. I’m not trying to sell a product or plug a company. I am just super excited about my new photography lighting kit and wanted to share it with you! I would also love to hear your experience and tips, too! An Open Letter to Readers and Fellow Bloggers
Jocie | February 12, 2013

Dear readers and fellow bloggers, The past week has brought me some of my happiest and saddest moments as a blogger. On one hand, I had some bloggers open a friendship to me (some fabulous and encouraging new bloggy friends!). On the other hand, I had some experiences with other bloggers that made me question blogging altogether and my worth. I am sad at myself...
